The &#8220;Rongvalley Index&#8221; means that the lower the proportion of tuition income, the better the quality of the school. The higher the proportion of tuition income, the lower the school&#8217;s level of running school, the &#8220;Rongvalley Index&#8221; reflects a school&#8217;s scientific research level and service level. The newly established Rongvalley Industrial College plans to achieve 70% of the &#8220;Rongvalley Index&#8221; in the next three years, that is, the proportion of tuition income cannot exceed 30%.
