ALLCPR, a nationwide CPR training network in the United States, successfully held its 2026 Annual Conference at University of San Jose.
The conference centered on the theme “Scale · System · Sustainability,” reviewing the organization’s 2025 achievements and announcing strategic initiatives for upgrading its national CPR training network in 2026.
Dr. Claude Wang, Chairman of ALLCPR and Founder of USJ, delivered the keynote address. The event was hosted by Dr. Bin Li, Vice Chairman of ALLCPR and Vice President of USJ. Leadership members, regional coordinators, instructors, and invited guests participated both in person and online.

As one of the rapidly growing CPR training and certification networks in the United States, ALLCPR continues to expand community emergency education coverage nationwide while strengthening standardized operations and AI-driven management systems.

I. 2025 Key Achievements
In 2025, ALLCPR achieved significant milestones across the United States:
- Established 160 training centers across 35+ states
- Surpassed 100,000 cumulative participants trained
- Implemented a standardized AI Agent operational system and digital management framework
- Operated within the American Red Cross PLTP partnership framework
- Delivered certification programs aligned with American Heart Association training site
- Launched North America’s first AI+CPR Lab
II. 2025 Training Performance Data
- Approximately 73,000 certifications delivered
- Over 80,000 enrollments nationwide
- ~60,000 certifications through authorized ARC programs (65,000+ enrollments)
- ~10,000 certifications aligned with AHA standards (12,000+ enrollments)
- ~3,000 additional emergency response training participants
- Total cumulative training exceeding 100,000 individuals
ALLCPR delivers CPR Certification, BLS Certification, AED Training, and First Aid Training programs within authorized national training frameworks.
III. Strengthening AI Agent Operations and Digital Management
In 2025, ALLCPR completed a major upgrade of its AI Agent operational system, enabling:
- Automated enrollment processing

- Quality monitoring and performance analytics
Through technology integration, ALLCPR enhanced operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of training quality and compliance.
IV. 2026 National CPR Network Expansion Plan
Currently operating 160+ CPR training centers across 35+ states — including California, Texas, and New York — ALLCPR announced the following 2026 goals:

- Increase annual training capacity to 150,000 participants
